Uzbekistan places two Russian citizens on Interpol’s wanted list over assassination plots against Komil Allamjonov and Dmitry Li
Uzbekistan has placed two Russian citizens, Bislan Rasaev (36) and Shamil Temirkhanov (31), on Interpol's international wanted list. The pair are accused of involvement in assassination plots targeting high-profile Uzbek officials Komil Allamjonov, the former head of the Presidential Administration’s Information Policy Department, and Dmitry Li, Director of the National Agency for Perspective Projects. Rasaev and Temirkhanov’s plot was the first attempt, followed by another act on October 26.
