Yesterday night I passed out in the washroom. I fainted.

So it happened because of dehydration, anxiety and stress.

I was late for work, I didn’t drink and eat anything, except rice and tea for lunch. I got back home and I slept. After waking up, I had a hot shower. (Which made my heart go crazy)

This is the thing never happened to me before and I was thinking about it lately. Questioning myself “am I really doing great?” Because my routine was so bad. “Expectantly” that thing happened)

Worrying too much, not paying attention to your health and self can lead to that. So drink water!
