As the 2025 approaches, I think everyone's making plans and goals for the next year. I would like to help with setting process-based goals, instead of outcome-based ones. The difference is in the outcome-based goals most of it depends on others like some administration, paperwork or luck, while in process-based ones you set the clear deadline and/or divide into smaller goals, most of which can be controlled by you yourself. Apart, you can track your progress more effectively in process-based goals. For example, I need to get 4th level on my TOPIK test by April'25, my efforts during the process will decide the final result. Let me know what do you think of it👇
