Lemme walk you through every line so that you guys can fathom their real meaning:

NF is telling his loved ones that "he wasn't worth all the time", underestimating his value in their lives. It's like saying "you'd better leave coz I don't deserve to be with you".

In the next line, he explains why saying: "It'd take to afraid to face demons I carry inside". To him, he is never bold enough to face his demons which reside inside him and control him. Hence, He wants others to leave him.
