Rasman barcha òzbek xonadonlarida yangi yilga tayyorgarlik boshlandi, shu jumladan bizda ham. San’at asarlarimizni sizlar bilan ham bòlishgim keldi. Literally, ertalabdan kechgacha bozorlikda yuridik. Oyim bilan dadamga bozorlik qilish qanchalik qiyin bòlishini endi tushundim.

Bu mening Amerikada nishonlayotgan birinchi yangi yilim. Ishonish qiyin. Hozircha hammasi yaxshidek. Dòstlarim yonimda va ular kunda kunga yangi oilamga aylanib borishyapti.

Ayni damda kim nima bilan band? Rasm jònatish mumkin🙂

Vision boards aren’t just pretty pictures; they’re reminders of our potential!

Creating a vision board has been a great experience for me, especially as I look back to 2024. There was not a single day that I hadn’t been glancing at my board on the study desk.

Today, I had a conversation with my mom. I asked her if she got everything she wanted from her wishlist. She admitted that she had been waiting for things to happen, believing that God would magically fulfill her dreams without any effort on her part. It struck me then how different our approaches are.

I realized that while faith is important, it’s equally crucial to pair it with action. I’ve worked hard to make my vision board a reality, setting tangible goals. Each image on that board represents not just a dream but the commitment I made to myself.

As we step into 2025, I’m grateful for the lessons learned and the progress made.

One of the 7️⃣ wonders of the world is officially conquered!

Chichen Itza was founded by the Maya. It is thought to have been a religious, military, political, and commercial center that at its peak would have been home to 35,000 people.

The steps of the main pyramid, known as "El Castillo" or the Temple of Kukulkan, represent the days of the Mayan calendar, with each side having 91 steps, adding up to a total of 365 signifying the number of days in a year.

That’s what I’ve learned from our tour guide who spoke really fast interchangeably using Spanish and English.

Concerns about safety in Cancun, Mexico are wildly exaggerated📌

We lived in Hotel Zone which veryyy safe and mostly consisted of resorts for tourists meaning 24/7 security. We caught local buses around, went out at night for scooter drives and never felt unsafe. Yet, at the same time, the news constantly scares us with how dangerous Mexico is, with gangs of criminals, kidnapping, corruption and more.

But as world travelers, it’s important to be safe when visiting locations you’re not familiar with. Cancun has a crime index of 55 while Chicago has a 66. Any of big cities is going to have some level of crime. Mexico gets a lot of income from tourists coming to Cancun, and they don’t want to jeopardize that.

Few tips:
1. Travel as a group, never alone.
2. Use reputable travel agencies, tour companies.
3. Book resorts or air bnb.
4. Stay in Hotel Zone at night.
