Junior Customer Support Representative at Apps Do Wonders
Apps Do Wonders is an innovative tech startup focused on developing applications to enhance productivity. We are looking for a Junior Customer Support Representative to join our team! This role is ideal for recent graduates or students graduating this year who are eager to start their careers in customer support.
Location: Tashkent, on-site
Schedule: 12 PM - 9 PM
Salary: 400$NET
Requirements:
• Advanced level English proficiency
• Russian language skills (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Interest in customer support and user experience
• Familiarity with support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar) is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Provide product guidance and support to users
• Help create FAQ documents and support materials
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction
• Engage with users to collect feedback and insights
