Bu frazani ishlatayotgan odam o'sha sohada tajribasi kattaligini, uni aldash imkonsiz ekanini yoki aynan shu sohada boshlang'ich bilimlarini juda erta, bolalik paytida olganligini bildirmoqchi bo'ladi. Ko'p frazalar Ingliz tilida ham deyarli bir xil jaranglaydi.
