These days, childhood obesity is becoming a widespread issue worldwide. The increasing consumption of fast food and sedentary lifestyles are the main contributors to this trend. However, there are steps that can be taken to address the problem.

One major cause of childhood obesity is unhealthy eating habits. Processed foods, sugary drinks, and snacks have become increasingly popular among children due to their affordability and taste. Unfortunately, young digestive systems struggle to process the excess fats, sugars, and artificial ingredients found in these foods, leading to weight gain. This issue is further worsened by aggressive marketing strategies that target children, making unhealthy food choices even more appealing.

Another key factor is lack of physical activity. With advancements in technology, many children no longer need to leave the house for activities like shopping, and the widespread use of mobile phones has made sedentary lifestyles more common. Excessive screen time not only reduces opportunities for physical exercise but also encourages inactivity due to the addictive nature of digital devices.

However, this issue can be effectively addressed. Parental involvement plays a vital role in promoting a healthy lifestyle. Since young children may not make the best dietary choices on their own, parents should encourage balanced meals that include fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins while limiting the consumption of sugary drinks and fast food. Setting clear family rules about nutrition and screen time can significantly contribute to healthier habits.

Additionally, promoting physical activity through sports programs at schools and community centers can help combat obesity. Encouraging children to participate in activities such as cycling, running, or team sports ensures they stay active and maintain a healthy weight. Regular exercise not only improves physical health but also enhances overall well-being. For instance, in my school, we had a daily one-hour exercise session, which helped all students stay fit and energetic.

In conclusion, while fast food consumption and excessive use of electronic devices are major contributors to childhood obesity, proactive parental involvement and school-based initiatives can help address this growing concern. By encouraging healthier eating habits and increasing physical activity, we can ensure a healthier future for children.

The process illustrates how smoked fish is made. Overall, the process can be divided into 3 main stages: fishing and initial preparation, followed by smoking and preservation, and lastly, packaging and distribution. Despite seeming quite straightforward, smoking fish generally takes much time.

In the initial stages of the process, the fish are caught in nets and transported to the port under sail. Once there, the fish are frozen for storage and then thawed, allowing them to be put in fresh water. Following this, some parts of the fish are cut before sending them to salty water, in which they are not only salted but also colored yellow.

In the next steps, the colored fish is smoked, being ready for consumption. After that, smoked fish are put in a box and sent to yet another freezing process, where fish are frozen at 0 degrees Celsius and stored in a cold store. Finally, before reaching the end-users, fish are distributed to the fish stores and markets by a lorry.

Should have stayed humble 🥲 but still I shared this on the channel😅

Can get a 7.5-8)

I was trying to stick to this small suggestion, tho I could not

Teachers play a crucial role in shaping students’ knowledge and skills. However, in many schools, students are given the opportunity to provide feedback or even criticism of their teachers. Despite some potential downsides, I believe this practice is beneficial, as it can improve teaching quality and foster an open classroom environment.

One drawback of student criticism is the potential for bias. Students may give unfair feedback due to personal dislikes or frustration with their own academic struggles. For instance, if they receive low scores in a subject, they might blame the teacher rather than acknowledging their own challenges. This kind of unfair criticism not only wastes time but can also discourage teachers who are simply trying to educate their students.

However, I firmly believe that student feedback is essential for improving teaching methods and materials. When students share their thoughts on how a class is conducted, teachers can identify their strengths and areas for improvement. For example, if multiple students express concerns about the lesson pace—whether it is too fast or too slow—the teacher can make necessary adjustments to enhance the learning experience for everyone.

Another major advantage of student feedback is that it promotes open communication. When students feel comfortable expressing their opinions, they become more engaged in the learning process and feel valued. This, in turn, fosters mutual respect and a positive classroom atmosphere, where both teachers and students work together to achieve academic success. The key to making this process effective is for teachers to be open-minded and for students to provide constructive, rather than subjective, feedback.

In conclusion, while some students may misuse the opportunity to give feedback, I believe this practice is generally beneficial. It helps create a supportive learning environment and encourages teachers to continuously improve their teaching methods.

These days, with both men and women working full-time, it is important for partners to share household responsibilities fairly. I agree with this view for three main reasons.

Sharing households chores can promote fairness between couples. In many families who lead traditional lifestyles, especially in Asian countries, females are often in charge of all housework, from cleaning, doing the laundry to taking care of children. This inequal distribution of housework, in turn, causes the feelings of being undervalued and overburdened. However, when couples divide household tasks evenly, not only will the negative feelings be overcome, but more importanly they will start feeling more connected, resulting in a happy relationship in a long term.

Another significant advantage to splitting house chores is the reduction in stress levels. Working full-time, both men and women feel exhausted, yet the management of the house can add insult to their injuries, especially if only one person is responsible for all housework. Thus, by sharing workload, couples can lighten each other's burdens and reduce the chances one person is being overwhelmed. For example, when a wife washes the dishes and husband takes care of grocery shopping, both can manage their responsibilities easily. Plus, for the time saved, partners can spend more quality time together, strengthening bonds between each other.

Finally, shared workload between couples can send positive messages to their children. When seeing their parents working collaborately, children can learn about fairness and cooperation. For instance, once children observe their dad cooking, they will no longer view housework as females' responsibility. This way of modelling can have a profound impact on children's attitudes and behaviour, promoting the significance of teamwork and equality in the early years of childhood.

In conclusion, I totally believe that couples, whether working full-time or not, should equally divide household chores as it promotes fairness, less stress and teaches children the importance of collaboration.
