If you could swap lives with a historical figure for one day, who would it be, and what would you do?
That`s a tough question to answer as it gravitates toward many great people I admire. There is one single person though, whose life I think is enough to be exchanged or rather valuable enough to be lived.
One particular person with exceptional qualities that would make a good doppelganger is George Orwell. George is a writer whose works usually contain themes of dystopian countries and politics with strongly centralized governments as well as a satire of human nature and actions.
After reading novels such as Animal Farm and 1984 by George Orwell, I have started to shape who I am as a living person with living beliefs and ideas, and I have personalized my future in a way.
If I were him for even a day, I would use this day to the fullest. I would give all of my unpublished works to my publisher, for I would not want the precious letters of Orwell to be wasted. That would be all I would do. If you care about one person so much to the extent that you fret about their work not being published, that means this person is someone worthy of reverence and applause.
Thanks for the idea by ChatGPT. Thanks for the 1984 book gift by Abdulvosid which resulted in the production of this post.
