Driver Relations Specialist

Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Shift: Main Shift

What You’ll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for drivers, assisting with daily inquiries and helping to resolve any issues.
- Monitor and communicate schedules, routes, and key updates with drivers.
- Provide consistent and clear communication to ensure drivers have the support they need to succeed.
- Ensure all interactions are handled with professionalism, punctuality, and responsibility.
- Work offline in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with other teams to meet our driver support goals.

You’re Likely a Great Match if You Have:
- Fluent English and Russian (C1 must have) – You’ll be the bridge between drivers and operations, so language skills are a must.
- A strong sense of responsibility and dedication – you take your work seriously and understand the value of reliability.
- Punctuality – We operate on tight schedules, and punctuality is key.
- Preferable experience in driver relations, logistics, or similar roles.
