It's a horrible insomnia, and it isn't so "cool" as is implicitly thought by many.
It weakens your mental faculties, diminishes your focus and attention-span, f s up mood, and takes a considerable toll on your hair, face, and, well, your health in general.
Bottom line: "sleep early, wake up early" rule worked the best.🚶♂️
