!!!Work location: Tashkent /or Urgench
Main responsibilities:
HR Policy Development and Improvement:
Assist in the development and optimization of HR policies and workflows for construction sites to ensure efficient operations and compliance.
Compliance Monitoring:
Ensure that HRM practices are in compliance with Uzbek labor laws, EPC project standards, and the processes are updated in a timely manner in accordance with regulatory changes.
Recruitment and Onboarding process Management:
Oversee recruitment activities, organize interviews and manage the selection process to efficiently fill project job requirements.
Ensure that the onboarding process complies with project requirements and legal requirements.
HR Process Management:
Responsible for processes such as contract signing, renewal, termination, position appointment and leave approval to ensure a successfully and smoothly HR operations and compliance.
Attendance and Payroll:
Oversee attendance records and payroll processes to ensure payroll is calculated accurately and paid on time.
Performance Appraisal:
Conduct regular performance appraisals, aligned with program goals, providing actionable feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Training coordination and Certification management:
Organize staff training and manage relevant qualifications to ensure that all team members meet the necessary skill standards.
Personnel Files & Records Management:
Maintain secure, accurate and organized employee personnel files and records.
Labor Audits:
Support labor audits to ensure compliance with labor laws, program standards, and contractual obligations and report findings to the HR Manager.
Collaboration with Owner HR:
Responsible for communication and coordination with Owner HR, including daily meetings, submission of relevant information, etc. to ensure smooth information flow and work synergy.
Perform duties on behalf of the company in HR related matters and safeguard the company's rights and interests.
Qualifications: More than 5 years of work experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
Familiarity with Uzbek labor law and international HRM practices.
Possess written and spoken English language skills, mastery of other languages is preferred.
Strong document management and organizational skills.
Experience in HR work on construction projects and ability to develop Labor Management Plan, Employees Manual and other HR management documents.
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies including HR planning and labor management systems.
