1⃣ What do you usually do when you first get up in the morning?
The first thing I do when I wake up is check my phone for any important messages or emails. After that, I drink a glass of water to stay hydrated and then start getting ready for the day.
2⃣ How do you feel if you don’t follow your usual morning routine?
I feel a bit disorganized if I don’t stick to my routine. It tends to throw off my entire day because I start feeling rushed and less focused. A good routine helps me start the day on the right foot.
3⃣ Do you eat breakfast every day?
Yes, I always try to eat breakfast. I’ve found that skipping breakfast makes me feel tired and less productive in the morning, so I make sure to have something, even if it’s just a quick bite.

I prefer a balanced breakfast with some protein, like eggs or yogurt, and something light like fruit or toast. I try to avoid heavy or greasy foods in the morning as they make me feel sluggish.
