If you think about it, it makes a lot of sense why most students who are preparing for entering university are exceptionally knowledgeable.

Every single day, they think about the type of university they are going to apply, they write the names, the things they are going to do after entering it and so on.

And every single day, they act to achieve that goal, learn new information, do tests, review what they have learned, talk to like minded people...

I mean, whether doing a higher education in Uzbekistan is worth or not is another topic to discuss but if people put the same effort on every goal they do, they will have life changing results.
