Women in Tech Uzbekistan

Women in Tech Uzbekistan was honored to take part in the Women in STEM celebration hosted by Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology.

This wonderful event was organized to support International Day of Women in STEM and inspire young women in Uzbekistan to pursue careers in science. We had the pleasure of sharing information about the Women in Tech community and screening our film “Ayol Yo'li”, produced in collaboration with UzInfoCom, highlighting the crucial role of parental support for young women in tech.

Our team was represented by Anna Ambrozevich, Director of Women in Tech Uzbekistan, Alina Novikova, Event Lead, and Gulnora Abdunazarova, Operations Lead.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all organizers and the university, especially to the Rector Botir Usmanov, Vice-Rector Zebo Bobokhonova, amazing driver Maftuna Khidirkulova and Karima Norkulova from Department of the Family and Women's Committee for making this inspiring event possible.
