Learn to ignore what (and who) holds you back no matter what they mean to you. While trying to understand people, one discovers that there are ones who must be valued and cherished and there also exist others who don't give a hoot about you.
Learn to say "NO". Saying "yes" deosn't always benefit you. Don't do it just because you don't want to upset them. Do it only when you realize a value in it.
Escape Virtuality. Not everything happening around you is real. Not everyone is happy because they smile. Not everyone is making easy money because they say so. No everyone is there to help you (and guide you). They are doing their business (which is to grab your attention, make you believe in what they say and show. You are the only one to help you survive in the end.
Silence is usually a better response. You don't get criticized as much for what you don't say as what you say. One usually regrests because of their emotions (anger, wonder, confusion...) that made them speak a wrong thing.
Listen more. Observe more. Learning is a life-long experience which we all need, undeniably. Yet, not everybody generously shares a piece of knowledge they have or they don't just want to teach you for free. So, you better listen to them saying, or watch them showing how they do it. Still not enough to master the skill? The rest is your hard work. You look up, carry out research, try and succeed (or fail which is a part of the process).
Resting isn't wasting time. We waste time on social media, while hanging out with friends, talking to people surrounding us about unnecessary things, which is a complete waste of time. We watch films, listen to music, play video games or just surf the Net to relax (which we normally don't do). The brains of ours never relax while we're still doing something. 30 mins of sleep benefits you more than 2 hours of reels (or shorts) you watch. Wanna recharge your betteries? Then google what helps your the most. (cuz I'm not the expert here).
99% of your are probable not going to do what I've just said as you just can't (or are already doing) it. I feel it's my duty to remind. CU✌️
