Overall, the gap between countries shrank over the years. Canada and the Netherlands have seen downward trends, while the reverse is true for the USA. Interestingly, the figure for the United Kingdom remained unchanged.

In 1991, Canada led with 59% of satisfied people from the healthcare system. After 7 years, this percentage plummeted to its half at 23%.However, Canada saw an increase in 2006, overtaking the UK with exactly 30%.Unlike Canada, the Netherlands remained at the top despite experiencing some declines. Initially, it started the period at 29% and increased by 2 percentage points in the next year.At the end, there was a significant drop to 42% in the share of the Netherlands.

As for the remaining countries, the United Kingdom maintained stable results in the percentage of satisfied individuals from the health system, with the figure remaining constant at 29% throughout the period. Finally, the USA adhered to rising trends. In 1991, the figure was exactly at 10%, which was the lowest point in the question. Then it increased to approximately 18% and kept this till the end.
