The diagram shows the process of manufacturing bricks. From an overall perspective, the process involves three main stages: taking raw materials which are sand and water producing, and packaging. Complex machinery such as diggers and trucks, are also used, the manufacturing process takes place in the factory.
The first step is taking the sand from the ground and cleaning it by using a metal grid. The next stage is to make clay by combining sand with water. Then, the clay is put into moulds to make the shape of brick or the clay is shaped using a wire cutter.
In the second main stage, bricks are arranged in a drying oven where they are kept for 24-48 hours. In the following process, bricks are cooked at different temperatures: moderate (200-980°C) and high (870-1300°C). Lastly, bricks are cooled in the cooling chamber for 48-72 hours. Finally, bricks are packaged in the form of a cube, which makes the process straightforward for loading and unloading with trucks.
