Btw I flagged my mistake in this valuation when I was walking through my model to DKU students, basically when I was discounting FCF to present value I multiplied the period instead of making it to the power of 1+wacc.

Got my 19.7% upside which is more realistic than my previous 97% lol.

This is a reflection for me to always double check formulas and inputs.
