The diagram details the process by which leather products are made for retail. Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that there are 3 main steps to this entirely man-made process beginning with initial transportation of the raw material to the factory, followed by preparation and processing of the material, and finally the production of consumer products.
Firstly, the leather skins from various animals are dried. Subsequent to this, they are taken to a factory by truck where they are washed in water and lime. The skins are then soaked in more lime for a period of time before being run through a machine with large rollers that flattens them out.
Next, the flattened skins are soaked in tannin, which is composed of water and vegetable matter. They are then polished by another rolling device and taken to another factory by trucks. In this factory, the final products are crafted and available to consumer shops.

Let’s answer a common question.
Someone recently asked me the following:
“Can we get a higher score in writing if write in a one-sided based approach? As far as I know, a good essay should address all parts of the topic but I was confused a bit when I read some essays of Liz where she chose only one side for the whole essay, which I didn't see in your case.”
The answer to this question is a bit unclear. Some examiners say that the highest possible scores in TR are reserved for essays that can acknowledge multiple sides of an argument. Other examiners say that you can get a 9 using a strong-opinion one-sided structure. I think the most accurate answer is that it would depend on the examiner.
All that being said, I really believe the best way to write is to communicate your own true opinion as clearly as possible in around 250-300 words. If the question is pretty simple and only has one obvious answer in your mind, I think you’ll have the best chance of getting a high score by taking a strong opinion single-sided approach. If you are hunting a 9 for TR and the issue being discussed is clearly not black and white, I think explaining your position with more nuance is in order. This may mean agreeing in some contexts, but disagreeing in others, or taking a ‘in some cases x’ ‘in most cases y’ type approach.
The danger of using a two-sided approach to standard opinion essays is that people are often too balanced and don’t come to a clear position, or come to a position when there were equal arguments on both sides. For this reason, most teachers recommend only taking a strong opinion approach.

Are You Ready for a New Challenge?
🤩🤩🤩

#readingtest📚

📖 Take your time and read the successful teacher's answer to " How long does it take to be ready for the test? ".

This is one question that each candidate ponders over. To be frank, there is no set answer to this. Some take 1 month, some may be a few weeks more than a month, and some maybe 3–4 months. It all depends on your learning ability, how fast you grasp things and how well you stick to your preparation schedule.

To truly understand how many weeks it will go to take for you to be confident about the exam is what matters. Few things to keep in mind are:

Understand your existing level of English - Not everyone is on the same platform, therefore the time taken to get through the language will vary. You do not have to be an expert in English (writing or speaking), you just have to take enough bites that you can chew.

To master vocabulary, practice 10–15 words each day, with their meanings and usage. Revise them by the weekend and by the end of your preparation, you’ll be ready with your own set of new learnings. You’ll easily be familiar with 1000+ words in 45–60 days.

Please understand that the idea is not to mug the words but to understand them and once you do it, you’ll be naturally using them in your sentences.

Devote set hours for your study - You must spend dedicated hours for your preparation. The ideal number of hours depends on how well you perform in your practice tests. If you feel that 6 hours daily is enough to get me an 8 band score, then that should be your ideal hours.

Understand your learning pattern and then formulate a schedule that makes you most productive. You don’t have to sit for straight 7–8 hours, divide your time and work accordingly.

Form study groups- Peer groups are an added advantage. It becomes easy to practice, learn and improve. When you are surrounded by the like-minded, whose goal is not different than yours, you’ll be able to see yourself working towards it more often than ever.

Track your progress - Work off on your weak points and keep a track of how you are performing. Analyze your tests and learn from your mistakes. If you are facing any difficulty, take professional help. There are various websites/apps which offer numerous materials to study for IELTS.

It is usually recommended that you spend 5–7 weeks on the preparation but it varies accordingly. Though one key point which applies to everyone is that if you are honestly and dedicatedly preparing for the exam, then you will ace it.
