📃 Amaldagi Mehnat kodeksining 110-moddasiga asosan, mehnat shartnomasi:
▪️1) nomuayyan muddatga;
▪️2) uch yildan ko'p bo'lmagan muayyan muddatga (muddatli mehnat shartnomasi) tuzilishi mumkin.
❗️Agar mehnat shartnomasida uning amal qilish muddati shartlashilmagan bo'lsa, shartnoma nomuayyan muddatga tuzilgan deb hisoblanadi.
