If you are aware that you have got any debt, please settle it to initiate the process of releasing your documents.
The verification procedure will result in signing off the checklist of a student on intranet by authorized bodies. Your checklist appears as signed on intranet when verification of your account is finalized. If your checklist is not signed, it means that your account is still being verified by the relevant departments.

Additionally, please find attached the step-by-step instructions on how to obtain digital certificates at the UoW Student Portal. This option is available only to those students who have completed their studies. The attached guide will serve as a directory on how to undergo the registration process to the portal and download the official electronic documents. To view their record, students need to visit
