Yes, I believe breakfast is extremely important. It sets the tone for the day by providing essential energy and nutrients. Personally, I feel more productive and focused when I have a healthy breakfast, such as oatmeal or eggs.

I wouldn’t say I enjoy it, but I’ve trained myself to be an early riser. Mornings are peaceful, and I feel I accomplish more when I start my day early. However, on weekends, I indulge in sleeping a bit longer.
